BIOGRAPHY

Bing Luo received a BSc degree in communication engineering at The Second Artillery Command College in 2009, and a MSc degree in computer application technology at Xihua University in 2012, respectively. Since September 2012, he has been working toward a PhD degree in the Institute of Image Processing at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is supervised by Professor Hongliang Li.

His research interests include image and video segmentation, machine learning.
