BIOGRAPHY

Qingbo Wu received the B.E. degree in Education of Applied Electronic Technology from Hebei Normal University in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2015. From February 2014 to May 2014, he joined the Image and Video Processing (IVP) Laboratory at Chinese University of Hong Kong as a Research Assistant. From October 2014 to October 2015, he joined the Image & Vision Computing (IVC) Laboratory at University of Waterloo as a visiting scholar. He is currently a lecturer in the School of Electronic Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

His research interests include image/video coding, quality evaluation, and perceptual modeling and processing.
